Delivery questions

When will my order arrive?

Standard delivery takes 1 to 3 working days and Express arrives the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

Pickup orders are ready at our Hougang Rivercourt store within 24 hours, and we email you when yours is ready.

How much is delivery in Singapore?

Free delivery in Singapore from $80. Standard delivery is $5 below that, Express is $15.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, we email you the courier's tracking link. You can also sign in at the top of this page with the email you ordered with to see all your orders and their tracking.

My tracking hasn't updated. Is that normal?

Yes. The first scan can take up to a day to appear after we hand your parcel to the courier. If it still hasn't moved after a couple of working days, email your order number to and we'll chase it.

Can I collect my order from the store?

Visit or pick up at Hougang Rivercourt. 377 Hougang Street 32, #01-27/28/29. Mon to Fri 11am to 1pm, 2pm to 7pm. Sat, Sun and PH 10am to 7pm. Online orders are ready for pickup in 24 hours.

What if I'm not home when the courier comes?

The courier will usually try again or leave instructions to rearrange delivery. Open your tracking link to see your options, or email us and we'll help.

Can I change my delivery address?

Email with your order number as soon as you can. We can change the address until your order ships.

My parcel arrived damaged, or something is missing.

Sorry about that. Email with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

Can I return something?

Most unused items can be returned within 30 days. See our returns policy for what can and can't be returned.
